We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within US shipping regions. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!


4. Can I return or exchange a product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.


5. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at festievibescosmetics@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work on a resolution as quickly as possible.
